Applying For Membership

On the Probus Website, Click on Join Us, and begin by entering  your unique Email Address (which will be your Probus User ID) and then fill out the Registration Form.

For assistance in applying for membership on this website, email the Membership Chair, probusmembership@gmail.com, or come to a monthy meeting as a visitor and speak to the Membership Chair.

You can be assisted if you wish, in filling out a Registration Form manually, to be entered into our system.

LOG IN

• Click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
• Click on [Log In]
• enter your ID (email addresss or pseudo email address) and Password.
• Click on [I am not a Robot] Captcha
• Click on [Submit]

CHANGE PASSWORD

• Log in by click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
• Click on [Change Password]
• You will received an email with a link to change your password.

FORGOT PASSWORD

• Click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.

• Click on [Forgot Password]

• Enter your email address, Click the [I Am Not a Robot] Captcha, and click on [Submit].
  

• You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email can sometimes take several minutes to appear in your inbox.

LOG OUT

• Click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
• Click on [Log Out]

RENEW MEMBERSHIP

• Log in
• Click on the  icon  in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  
• Click on [View Profile]
• Click on [RENEW Online To 20xx]

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

• Click onto the  icon
• Select [View Profile] from the dropdown menu
• Select [Edit Profile] 
• Make the changes
• Delete the ***** under [Password]  and leave blank unless you are changing your PW 
• Scroll up and select [Save]

To update your Profile Photo

• Complete the previous profile update procedure
• Scroll down to [Photo] and click on [Change]
• Select a portrait photo from your Picture folder
• Scroll up and select [Save]

PAYMENT METHODS

Members can renew memberships, register, and pay on-line for events and activities:

• at the PROBUS Guelph website https://www.probusguelph.ca by Debit/credit card and Paypal.
• In person at our monthly meetings by debt/credit card, cash, or cheque payable PROBUS Club of Guelph & District.
• By e-transfer to probusclubguelph@gmail.com at any time.
